After reaching the water surface, suspended matter relies on these bubbles to support and maintain it on the water surface, and is removed by the radial airflow thrust; The sewage purified by the air flotation machine enters the overflow tank through the outlet under the metal plate before being discharged.

1. The dissolved air tank should ensure that high-pressure clean water and high-pressure air enter the dissolved air flotation machine simultaneously, only in this way can air bubbles be generated ideally.

2. After a long period of disuse of the dissolved air flotation machine, if it is restarted, it takes about 10 minutes to produce clean water, and the initial effluent is the sewage that originally existed in the flotation tank.

3. When the equipment is running normally, observe the feeding situation of the two drugs at any time and adjust the dosage according to the effluent situation.

4. If the inlet pressure of the filter tank increases and the outlet pressure decreases, it indicates that the filter material is blocked. The inlet motor should be turned off and the backwash water motor should be turned on to flush the filter material. If there is no obvious upward movement of the filter material in the observation window, it indicates that the filter material has been washed clean.
