This series of electric actuators has the characteristics of comprehensive functions, reliable performance, good control system, small size, light weight, and easy use and maintenance. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Electric actuators". The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Electric actuators".
2. Working environment and main technical parameters
2.1 Power Supply: Conventional, three-phase 380V (50Hz)
Special, three-phase 660V, 440V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz);
Single phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)
2.2 Working environment:
2.2.1 Environmental temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special orders -40~+80 ℃).
2.2.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (at 25 ℃).
2.2.3 Protection type: Outdoor type is used in places without flammable, explosive, and non corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. (See GB3836.1 for details).
2.2.4 Protection level: IP65 (special orders IP67, IP68).
2.3 Work schedule: Short duration of 10 minutes (30 minutes for special orders).
