The SAIL/C-H-R-T4-A1-V0 temperature controller is an intelligent temperature control instrument that integrates regulation and control. It adopts a fully digital integrated design and has functions such as temperature curve programmable or fixed-point constant temperature control, multiple PID regulation, output power limiting curve programming, manual/automatic switching, soft start, alarm switch output, real-time data query, and computer communication. It combines a digital temperature instrument and a ZK thyristor voltage regulator into one, integrating temperature measurement, regulation, and driving. The instrument directly outputs thyristor trigger signals and can drive various thyristor loads.

Working principle of SAIL/C-H-R-T4-A1-V0 temperature controller
It is an electrical signal fed back by a temperature probe or thermocouple. The temperature controller converts the obtained electrical signal into a temperature value and controls the on and off of the heater according to the set temperature value to achieve the controlled temperature range
1. When temperature probes or thermocouples are subjected to temperature changes, they will generate weak currents;
2. When the temperature controller receives an electrical signal from a temperature probe or thermocouple, it will convert the current signal into a temperature value based on its current magnitude;
3. In order to control the temperature range, people will set a temperature range on the temperature controller. The temperature controller will convert the temperature based on the electrical signal transmitted from the temperature probe or thermocouple. When the upper limit value set by the temperature controller is reached, the temperature controller will disconnect the control circuit power supply of the control heater, causing the heater to stop heating. When the temperature value drops to the lower limit value set by the temperature controller, the temperature controller will connect the control circuit power supply of the control heater and turn on the heater for heating. As long as the temperature controller is not powered off, this process will repeat itself.
