control system:The imported high-precision microcomputer human-computer dialogue 6.5 inch LCD intelligent touch screen controller is used to control the temperature, time, alarm, demisting, spray, keyboard lock and other functions in an integrated way, with dynamic display function. The picture display is beautiful, clear, elegant, and humanized, and the overall temperature error is ± 0.1 ℃ in combination with the platinum temperature sensor.
Working principle:The Bernoulli principle absorbs salt water and atomizes it uniformly, without any obstruction or crystallization, ensuring continuous testing. Compressed air is moistened through the bubble tower on its way to the nozzle, which atomizes the corrosive solution and air into a corrosive mist. The heater inside the box maintains the temperature inside the box.
