Intelligent radar level gauge

The intelligent radar level gauge is a measuring instrument based on the principle of time travel. The radar wave travels at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into a level signal through electronic components. The probe emits high-frequency pulses and propagates along the cable. When the pulses encounter the surface of the material, they are reflected back and received by the receiver inside the instrument, which converts the distance signal into a level signal.

The measurement principle of radar level gauge is the same as that of radar level gauge and radar water level gauge, except that their measurement media and application environments are different.

The intelligent radar level gauge generates microwave pulses from an electronic unit, which are transmitted and received through an antenna system. The radar waves travel at the speed of light, and the operating time can be converted into level signals through electronic components. A special time extension method ensures stable and accurate measurements in a very short period of time.
Even in complex working conditions where false echoes exist, new microprocessing techniques and debugging software can accurately identify the echoes of the material level.
