1、 Product principle:

Intelligent online tuning fork density meterBy using a sound frequency signal source to excite a metal tuning fork and causing it to vibrate freely at the center frequency, this frequency is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be performed to eliminate the system's temperature drift; And the concentration is calculated based on the relationship between the corresponding liquid density and concentration.

8、 Installation of resonant densitometer
Due to the requirements of the production process, it is often installed on sites with harsh working conditions. If the liquid in the pipeline is not fully filled, it should be installed below or on the side of the pipeline, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
