The intelligent micro water measuring instrument/micro water meter is developed and designed based on the national power industry standard DL/T506-2018 "Measurement Method for Insulation Gas Humidity in SF6 Electrical Equipment", using high-precision dew point sensors and digital circuit control technology. It is a high-precision intelligent instrument for measuring the trace moisture content in SF6 gas.

The intelligent micro water measuring instrument/micro water meter is developed and designed based on the national power industry standard DL/T506-2018 "Measurement Method for Insulation Gas Humidity in SF6 Electrical Equipment", using high-precision dew point sensors and digital circuit control technology. It is a high-precision intelligent instrument for measuring the trace moisture content in SF6 gas.
1. Adopting intelligent self calibration technology, the measurement range is wide, the response speed is fast, the accuracy is high, the linearity is good, and the measurement curve is dynamically displayed.
2. Suitable for measuring the dew point value of SF6 gas, it can also measure the dew point value of air, nitrogen, inert gas, and any non corrosive gas, especially suitable for departments such as power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, environmental protection, and research institutes, with cost-effectiveness. Measure the moisture content of SF6 gas and identify its arc extinguishing performance.
Product features of intelligent micro water measuring instrument:
1. High stability: Under severe interference conditions, the measurement data can be stable within the range of ± 0.5 ℃ and has long-term stability with good repeatability.
2. High precision: Equipped with high-performance dew point sensors and high-speed 12 bit ∑ - Δ AD analog-to-digital converters, the resolution reaches 0.1 ℃, meeting practical measurement requirements. Accurate and reliable measurement results are achieved within the full range, with a wide measurement range, fast response speed, and stable and reliable measurement results.
3. Intelligence: Self calibration upon startup, the sensor probe can automatically calibrate the zero point, eliminating system errors caused by zero drift and ensuring measurement accuracy.
4. Multiple protection: Equipped with an oil filter device, it is not affected by dust particles and most chemical pollutants, and can provide anti oil protection for sensors, making it extremely suitable for use in industrial environments.
5. Quick gas saving: After entering the measurement state, the dew point value measurement time is 3-5 minutes.
6. Function: 4.3-inch true color touch LCD display, directly displaying dew point value (℃), micro water value (ppm), date and time, dynamically displaying dew point measurement curve. Real time storage of measurement data, up to 999 sets of measurement data can be stored.
7. Data export: With a USB flash drive transfer function, historical data in the instrument can be directly transferred to the USB flash drive. Through the matching upper computer software, data can be imported, exported in WORD reports, printed, and other operations on the PC.
8. Data printing: The instrument comes with a micro printer that can directly print the current test results or historical data.
9. Easy to use: using self-locking connectors, easy to plug and unplug, safe and reliable, no air leakage. Sensitive touch sensitive buttons facilitate operation and improve work efficiency. Built in large capacity rechargeable lithium battery, small size, light weight, easy to carry.
