The control end determines the hierarchical status based on the characteristic values and takes corresponding actions. Typical industries include pipelines for crude oil, refined oil, lubricants, as well as reaction vessels in industries such as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical. Specifically applied to interface detection in multi product pipelines in the above industries, detection of mixed mixtures, monitoring of reaction kettle endpoints, and interface detection of separators. The sensor works based on the principle of ultrasonic reflection measurement. By utilizing the reflection phenomenon of ultrasound on the surface of an object, when ultrasound propagates through a liquid and encounters the surface of the object or the interface between the object and the medium, these interfaces will reflect the ultrasound and change the propagation speed of the wave. Through the time difference of the reflected ultrasound, there will be a dedicated measurement circuit, which will be replaced with corresponding signals. The signals will be sent to a specialized high-precision time measurement chip for calculation, so as to obtain different characteristic values of different liquids and judge the layering situation from different characteristic values.
