Automatic comparison of deep learning techniques

By utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning (biological image alpha dog), we have solved the problem of fuzzy recognition of biological images in complex environments. We have achieved intelligent similarity search function without any conditional limitations, helping experimenters quickly search for possible species based on images observed under a microscope. Single image magnification comparison is used to calculate the biomass of planktonic organisms using geometric shapes.

There are currently over 168179 valid algae libraries, and the genera and contents of each library can be expanded independently. The database also includes a separate database of toxic algae, red tide algae, algal blooms, common freshwater algae in China, and common marine algae in China, with 4851 species displayed in both Chinese and Latin. There are over 73928 valid zooplankton libraries, and the genera and contents of each library can be expanded independently

3) Intelligent identification adopts current deep learning technology to automatically compare and identify single images, enlarge and compare multiple group images

4) Algae classification and counting use different colors and sizes of color circles to mark various microalgae. Clicking by class, automatic accumulation counting, automatic sorting of dominant species, sorting by phylum (class), and analysis of dominant community composition percentage can automatically calculate Shannon Wiener index, evenness index, algal density conversion, and planktonic abundance conversion. A large number of geometric models are used to assist in calculating the biomass of planktonic organisms

5) The classification and counting of planktonic animals use different colors and sizes of color circles to mark various microalgae, and click by class, automatically accumulate counting, automatically sort dominant species, sort by phylum (class), and analyze the percentage of dominant community composition

6) Auxiliary function: Single cell microalgae automatic counting can measure the area of algae population, individual area of plankton, diameter of algae, length of algal filaments and flagella, and branching angle.
