The HY-UTD intelligent electric float level gauge is a torque tube instrument produced in cooperation between our factory and FISHER company. The liquid level gauge is assembled from an imported DL-3000 series digital liquid level controller and our factory's 01 series float liquid level sensor. The product not only maintains the excellent performance of the DL-3000 series products, but also greatly reduces the purchasing cost for users, making it an ideal choice for domestic users.
1. Structure
The intelligent float level gauge consists of three parts: float, indicator, and sensor
(1) LCD indicator
(2) Sensors
(3) Floating buoy
2. Working principle
When the float is subjected to the upward buoyancy force F of the liquid, it applies the buoyancy force F to the sensor through the buoyancy rod, and the sensor voltage output is:

Because the height of the submerged liquid in the float is proportional to the buoyancy it receives, the change in buoyancy is converted into the corresponding liquid height through the sensor voltage output, and then converted into a standard 4-20mA current output through A/D → CPU → D/A.
The instrument can be used to measure liquid level, boundary position, and density, and can output standard signals of 4-20mA or provide corresponding HART communication protocol outputs. A convenient handheld communicator can configure and debug the instrument at any point of its output. The instrument adopts a large LCD display screen to display process variables and configuration data. Provided convenience for instrument calibration.
Due to its high measurement accuracy, good stability, easy debugging, and simple calibration, the instrument is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and food.
