Using imported 1800 type silicon molybdenum rod as the heating element, it does not fall off or rust under high temperature operation for a long time, and the surface becomes increasingly shiny.


The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, which controls the power switch, main heating work/stop button, voltage and current meters. This product adopts reliable integration


Chemical circuit, good working environment, anti-interference, furnace shell temperature rise ≤ 30 ℃ greatly improves working environment, microcomputer program control, programmable curve,


Fully automatic heating/cooling, temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation, flexible, convenient, and easy to operate.

All furnace materials and lining are made of vacuum formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board material, which has high operating temperature, low heat storage capacity, no cracks, and no slag shedding
