Through long-term practice, it has been proven that there are four major hazards in today's water systems: scaling, corrosion, sludge, and microbial growth. The water quality issues of water systems, especially circulating water systems, are often comprehensive. Due to the limitations of single device functionality, the water treatment equipment used in the past cannot be fully solved, so further practical technology is needed to address this issue. Combining multiple national technical certificates of our company's water expert series equipment such as "anti-corrosion instrument", "scale instrument", "sterilization instrument", and "yellow rust water filter", we have designed and manufactured various types of equipment using a combination of high-frequency technology and electric energy field effects to address different problems such as electrochemical corrosion, scaling, and bacterial and algal growth. We have used multiple frequency bands and electrostatic high voltage combinations to design and manufacture various types of equipment, including Type A (anti-corrosion ultra clean filtration type), Type B (anti scaling ultra clean filtration type), Type C (sterilization and algae killing ultra clean filtration type), Type D (anti-corrosion and anti scaling ultra clean filtration type), Type E (anti scaling, sterilization and algae killing ultra clean filtration type), and Type F (anti-corrosion, anti scaling, sterilization and algae killing ultra clean filtration type). Type A: Anti corrosion ultra clean filtration type

The corrosion caused by contact with water on the inner wall of metal pipelines is mainly electrochemical corrosion, also known as micro battery effect. Type A first uses high-frequency technology to activate water through the action of high-frequency electric field force, and uses the convergence effect to coat the generated rich electron layer on the tube wall, hindering the electrochemical corrosion pathway and reducing conductivity. Secondly, the composite filtration system of the "Yellow Rust Water Filter" (surface filtration principle, multi-media composite layer, electric energy field effect) is utilized to adsorb and capture suspended solids, iron and manganese ions, bacterial and algal colloids, etc. in the water and discharge them from the system, achieving the effect of ultra clean filtration to control the concentration ratio. By using the above methods to run online, comprehensive processing effects can be achieved.

Type B: Anti scaling and ultra clean filtration

Water forms scale at a certain temperature, which is often a composite scale layer composed of hardness scale, rust scale, mud scale, and algae scale in the circulating water system. Type B first uses electrical energy, and the high-frequency electric field force generated by the high-frequency generator and transducer activates the water, preventing the growth and expansion of scaling crystal nuclei and reducing the precipitation rate. Simultaneously utilizing the principle of micro resonance to loosen and degrade the original scale layer, and increasing the solubility of the water body. Secondly, the composite filtration system of the "yellow rust water filter" (surface filtration principle, multi-media composite layer, electric energy field effect) is utilized to adsorb and capture relatively high concentrations of impurities in the preliminarily treated water and discharge them from the system to achieve comprehensive treatment.

Type C: Sterilization and algae killing ultra clean filtration type

When the temperature, nutrients, and other conditions in the water are suitable, a large number of bacterial and algal reproduction phenomena will occur. Type C first uses electrical energy to generate high-frequency and high-pressure electric fields that directly destroy the cell structure of bacteria and algae. At the same time, the activated water produced changes the ecological environment of bacteria and algae, making them unable to survive. Secondly, the composite filtration system of "yellow rust water filter" (surface filtration principle, multi-media composite layer, electric energy field effect) is used to adsorb and capture dead bacterial and algal clusters suspended in the water and discharge them from the system to achieve comprehensive treatment effect.

D-type: anti-corrosion, anti scaling, ultra clean filtration

According to user requirements and due to investment and space limitations in the computer room, D-type can be used in systems such as domestic hot water, central air conditioning refrigerant water, and heating water to simultaneously solve problems of corrosion, scaling, and ultra clean filtration. Its working principle is the comprehensive design and use of high-frequency controllers of clean A and B types, which enable it to have anti-corrosion, descaling, and ultra clean filtration functions, achieving further comprehensive treatment effects.

E-type: Anti scaling, sterilization, algae killing, ultra clean filtration

According to user requirements and due to investment and space limitations in the computer room, E-type can be used in the central air conditioning cooling water system to simultaneously solve the problems of scaling, bacterial and algal growth, and ultra clean filtration. Its working principle is to comprehensively design and use high-frequency controllers of types B and C, so that they have the functions of descaling, sterilization, algae removal, and ultra clean filtration, achieving further comprehensive processing effects.
