2. The internal reactor of the equipment is made of imported materials that are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, ensuring a service life of over 10 years.

1. Reaction system
The stacked reactor and piston flow state control structure design prevent the phenomenon of backmixing in the reactor, ensuring high generation rate of chlorine dioxide and high conversion rate of raw materials. The reaction system adopts a special composite material reactor that is temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life. It has five stages of reaction and two heating channels. The conversion rate is 80%. The service life of the equipment is over 10 years.
2. Security system
(1) The negative pressure aeration process and buffer system design eliminate the overflow of chlorine dioxide gas, ensuring equipment safety in unexpected situations such as sudden power outages and water cuts.
(2) Safe anti-corrosion and explosion-proof valves ensure the safety of equipment in the event of sudden power outages, water cuts, or other unexpected situations.
3. Control system
(1) The heating unit of the control system adopts automatic constant temperature closed-loop control, which has protection functions such as heating water jacket water shortage, temperature sensor open circuit, short circuit protection, over temperature alarm and automatic stop of heating.
(2) The operation protection unit of the control system has the function of automatic shutdown protection for power water under pressure/under current and material shortage (optional).
(3) The communication unit of the control system has a MODBUS 485 communication interface. It has four passive contact outputs, which indicate the four working states of the controller, including "local/remote status, manual/automatic status, operating status, and overall alarm", facilitating the PLC control system interface of the main system and remote monitoring of the controller's working status.
(4) If a residual chlorine sensor is selected, real-time online detection of residual chlorine in water can be achieved, and the chlorine production of the equipment can be adjusted according to the residual chlorine in the water to prevent excessive residual chlorine in the water.
(5) The temperature sensor adopts Pt100 sensor, which has the advantages of accurate measurement, high sensitivity, large signal, and strong anti-interference ability. To meet the temperature stability requirements of the device, the temperature control software adopts PID technology control technology, which makes parameter tuning simpler and temperature control more accurate.
(6) The automatic control system of HC generator adopts delay filtering processing, effectively overcoming the phenomenon of device misoperation caused by water pressure fluctuations in traditional situations.
(7) It has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, durability, and strong reliability. In the corrosive environment between sewage treatment equipment, corrosive gases are dispersed in the air, and conventional low-voltage electrical appliances cannot work normally in this environment for a long time. Only touch screens treated with anti-corrosion can ensure anti-corrosion durability, safety, and reliability.
4、 Feeding system
1. The raw material transportation adopts imported electromagnetic diaphragm metering pump, which measures accurately, operates safely and reliably, and has low vibration and noise.
2. Adopting imported back pressure valve effectively prevents the reflux of reaction solution, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life.
