After entering from the pump port, the sewage flows into two different separation tanks on the left and right through the distribution chamber. The cut-off float in the tank rises with the water level. The sewage is filtered by the separation plate and flows directly into the pump body into the collection tank. Solid particles and fibers still remain in the separation tank.

After the water is full, the collection tank is filled with filtered water (the separation tank is also filled with water, and the cut-off float blocks the inlet). The liquid level switch is triggered, and a pump is started to enter the drainage cycle.

The drainage cycle of the solid-liquid separation type integrated prefabricated pump station is as follows: after one pump is started, the water in the collection tank is pumped into the separation tank, washing away solid particles and fibers into the outlet pressure pipe.

The principle of prefabricated pump station

The liquid level information of the pump station is fed back to the control system by pressure sensors or floating balls, and the water pump switch is adjusted by the operating parameters set by the control system. When the liquid level reaches the system set opening water pump level, the control system will control the water pump to start, so that sewage is pumped from the pump station to the outlet of the municipal sewage pipeline; When the sewage pumping is below the set liquid level of the system, the system will control the water pump to stop. This cycle repeats to ensure the smooth operation of the integrated sewage prefabricated pump station.
