1、 Product Usage:

Jingda Instrument JD-U48 Graphite Digestion Instrument is a new generation of inorganic sample pretreatment equipment, which applies new digestion technology and has the advantages of strong sample processing capability, fast heating, intelligent program control, temperature balance, etc. In addition, the controllable temperature electric digestion instrument has a significant energy-saving effect, and the amount of acid used for digestion is greatly reduced compared to traditional methods, greatly reducing pollution during the digestion process. It can also be used for pre-treatment of microwave digestion and acid treatment, and is an ideal supporting product for analytical instruments such as atomic absorption, atomic fluorescence, ICP-AES, etc.

2、 Working principle of graphite digestion instrument

Graphite digestion analyzer is a commonly used laboratory sample pretreatment equipment at room temperature. Its functions of digestion, heating, and acid removal are much more efficient than laboratory electric heating plates. The digestion speed is 10-100 times faster than general electric heating plate methods, and the digestion effect is also better. In the pre-treatment work of laboratory sample digestion, heating, and acid removal in the main application environment, food, research and development, project production, etc., the processed samples are then analyzed and tested with supporting detection equipment such as atomic absorption spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and other analytical instruments.

1. User parameter setting: In standard mode, long press the SET button to display LK on the upper LCD screen. Adjust LK to 8 and press the SET button to enter.

2. Temperature control parameter setting: In the standard state, long press the SET button, and LK will be displayed on the upper LCD screen. Adjust LK to 18, and press the SET button to enter the temperature setting.

3. Temperature cooling control parameter setting: In the standard state, long press the SET button to display LK on the upper LCD screen. Adjust LK168 and press the SET button to enter the temperature cooling parameter setting.

4. Reservation power on setting: In standard mode, long press the SET button to display LK on the upper LCD screen. Adjust LK0 and press the SET button to enter the reservation power on parameter setting.

Further explanation on the operation:

1: Set value modification: Press the function key, and the corresponding time and temperature setting area will flash. Modify the set temperature and time in sequence.

2: Self tuning function (setting the timing time St to 0 for constant value control): If the temperature control is not ideal, please start the temperature self-tuning in the standard state, press and hold the shift button for 5 seconds to start the temperature self-tuning. At this time, the indicator light flashes, and after the self-tuning is completed, the indicator light stays on, obtaining a new set of PID temperature control parameters; The temperature control effect has been greatly improved. To cancel the temperature self-tuning, long press the shift button for 5 seconds.

3: Timer function: If a timer is set, the instrument will stop running when the timer is set. Press the increase and decrease keys for 5 seconds at the same time to restart the instrument.

4: Allow device Z high temperature protection: When the temperature exceeds the maximum temperature AP allowed by the device, turn off the heating. After exceeding the allowed Z high temperature for 2 minutes, the buzzer will continue to sound. If the auxiliary function is selected as 1, the auxiliary function relay output is turned on.

5. Multi segment programming settings: Press the function key and refer to the display image for corresponding (1) cycle times, (2) program segment numbers, (8) set temperature, and (4) time period areas flashing respectively, and modify the settings in sequence. If the first period of time is set to 0, only the first period will be run. For multi period programs, the number of subsequent periods will be hidden and have no effect, and so on.

6: Set value modification: Press the function key, and the corresponding time and temperature setting area will flash. Modify the set temperature and time in sequence. Set the first period to 0, only run the first period, and there is no timer. For multi segment programs, if only three segments are run, the time for the fourth segment can be set to 0, and so on; fixed value

Precautions for graphite digestion analyzer:

1) Safety: Sample processing requires the use of various acids, such as hydrochloric acid. Most acids are volatile and harmful to the human body, so it is recommended to use the instrument in a well ventilated environment and take various protective measures. When using a digestion agent containing HClO4, it is important to control the amount of HClO4 and the digestion temperature to ensure safety, otherwise there is a risk of combustion and explosion.

2) Usage: Use in the working environment specified in the manual. When not in use, unplug the power supply. When cleaning the surface dirt of the graphite block, gently wipe it with a cloth and try not to use solvents to damage the surface coating.

3) Storage: When the instrument is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in the storage environment according to the instructions.
