1、 Product Usage:

Circulating water vacuum pumps were initially used as self-priming pumps, and gradually became used in many industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, machinery, mining, light industry, medicine, and food. In many industrial production processes, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum water intake, vacuum feeding, vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum moisture regain, and vacuum degassing, pumps are widely used.

2、 Product advantages:

Each suction nozzle is equipped with a suction gauge, which can easily observe the vacuum degree. A check valve is installed on the vacuum extraction path to prevent circulating water from flowing back into the equipment being evacuated when the vacuum extraction operation is stopped.

3. Corrosion resistant and pollution-free, the water pump components of this machine are made of stainless steel, and the water tank is made of ABS plastic. 5、 Usage: (Add water before starting up, do not run the machine empty)

1. The water inlet and level scale of SHZ-95 and SHZ-CA series products are displayed on the back of the box.

2. The water injection port of SHZ-DIII series products is located at the large mouth on the right side of the table (with the lid lifted). The water level standard is based on the upper water outlet on the back of the water tank.

3. Connect the vacuum container with a vacuum tube:

1) Single tube pumping: grouped experiment; Connect each suction port to a container.

2) Parallel pumping: If pumping a large container vacuum, a dedicated connector can be used in parallel to shorten the pumping time.

6、 Usage of external circulating water: During normal operation, there is no need to turn on the external circulating water. If cooling water needs to be provided to the reaction device, connect the outlet of the external circulating water to the inlet of the reaction device with a water pipe. Connect the outlet of the reaction device to the inlet of the external circulating water, and turn on the external circulating water switch. (Note: The external circulating water switch of SHZ-DIII pump is located on the back.). )

7、 The rubber hose on the back of the SHZ-95 pump casing is used for non-stop water change. When the water temperature rises due to long-term operation and needs to be changed, the rubber hose is connected to tap water; After opening, allow the wastewater to be discharged from the holes on the box.

8、 Maintenance method:

1. Regularly maintaining clean water quality is the key to the long-term stable operation of equipment. It is necessary to regularly change and clean the water tank. Cannot extract dust and solid substances.

2. Some corrosive gases can cause the water quality in the water tank to deteriorate, produce bubbles, and affect the vacuum degree, so attention should be paid to constantly circulating and changing the water.

3. For special highly corrosive gases, it is necessary to carefully determine whether they react with the materials used in this equipment and use them with caution.

7、 Common faults:
