The insertion and extraction force testing machine is suitable for testing the insertion and extraction force of various connectors. With the designed automatic centering device, accurate insertion and extraction force testing can be obtained. It is set using WINDOWS and Chinese screen settings, with simple and convenient operation, and all data can be stored (test conditions, displacement curve chart, life curve chart, inspection report, etc.)

The insertion and extraction force testing machine is suitable for testing the insertion and extraction force of various mobile phone and computer peripheral connectors. This machine can solve the problem of fixture testing for various connectors, and the male and female connectors can automatically align during testing without the problem of one-sided feeding.

5、 Comparison between Derui Instrument and other manufacturers' products:

1. From a hardware perspective, the connection cable between the computer and the testing machine must be a multi pin R232 cable or a USB interface. Because this can demonstrate the quality, functionality, sampling rate, and other aspects of the hardware's acquisition and control cards. The connecting cables of brand MAX and Taiwan, China brand are multi pin R232 data connecting cables;

2. The resolution of the external panel stroke is set to 0.01mm. While lightly pressing the computer with your hand to display a change of 0.01mm, carefully observe whether the testing machine is truly moving (many suppliers have fake this function, and the testing machine is actually not moving);

3. To enter the testing program, it is necessary to jump out of the load protection force. Only after confirming the protection force can it be moved to prevent accidental operation and avoid damaging the sensor; The verification method is to use the panel buttons to operate the test sensor test head downwards, impact the bottom plate, and ensure that multiple impacts do not damage the sensor; (Derui Instrument uses an American brand load curve sensor, which is within the warranty scope)

4. The testing speed needs to be verified, and the general insertion and extraction force testing speed is 200mm/min. Some suppliers may set 200 on the surface, but in reality, only 150mm/min is verified. The verification method is: set the test stroke to 100mm, set the speed to 200mm/min, and start the test by pressing the stopwatch. The return time should be around 30 seconds. If the speed cannot reach more than 30 seconds, the return time should be started;

5. The extension function of the plug-in force load curve meter should be able to include dynamic impedance testing, rather than simply connecting an external Ohmic impedance machine. It should have an internal impedance board and software with impedance testing function to test the dynamic impedance change curve of the connector. The conduction point, disconnection point, and contact resistance of the key switch;

6. When testing the lifespan of low-end plug and unplug forces, there may be drift in the stroke. Verification is to short run 10000 consecutive life tests, move the crossbeam and place a fixed reference object. After the end of its lifespan, check if the crossbeam is in its original position;

7. When testing with a low-end curve tester, the hand feel value may be smaller than that of a curve tester. Because the size of the tactile value is determined by the valley point of the button switch, if the sampling is small, the valley point value cannot be captured, so the captured valley point value is often larger than that of the curve machine, resulting in a smaller tactile value.
