Product Introduction

The NIVELCO immersion level gauge NIOPRESS series can be easily installed in existing tanks, towers, or deep wells, and is particularly suitable for controlling submersible pumps. This two-wire input type liquid level gauge consists of a special gas conducting cable with a built-in capillary hose, a pressure resistant joint, and a probe. The probe structure of the immersion level gauge is a stainless steel cylinder core with a diaphragm at the bottom and covered by a perforated plastic housing. Liquid level measurement is actually measuring the difference between the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid on the probe and the actual atmospheric pressure, and then converting this pressure difference into a 4-20mA output signal through a ceramic sensor (attached to a stainless steel film) and electronic components.
