MCJ-GInk decolorization testing machineAlso known as ink wear tester, it is mainly suitable for testing the wear resistance of printing ink layer, PS plate photosensitive layer, and related product surface coating. Effectively analyze issues such as poor scratch resistance, ink layer film detachment, low printing resistance of PS plates, and poor coating hardness of other products in printed materials.

Test Principle

Fix the friction paper on the friction load block, fix the sample to be tested on the friction table, set the friction speed and number of times, press the test button to start the instrument, and the friction block will rub the sample at the preset speed. After each reciprocating movement, it will automatically count once. When the set number of times of friction is reached, the test is complete. Determine the wear resistance of the sample by comparing the changes in ink density before and after friction.
