Overview
Inert gas drying oven is a new type of electric drying oven that can create a clean and constant temperature environment. It can meet the needs of electronic, medical and health instruments, meters, factories, universities, scientific research departments and other relevant units as a purification oven. The box adopts a stainless steel working chamber and stainless steel electric heating tube for heating, fully purifying and protecting the gas to discharge the unpurified gas. Therefore, creating a clean and uniformly heated drying environment inside the drying oven helps to improve the quality of the test samples. The oven has a beautiful appearance, is easy to use, and has sensitive and accurate temperature control.

Inert gas drying ovenIntroduction:
1. It consists of a box body, a working chamber, a heating system, gas on/off control, a gas pressure reducing regulating valve, an exhaust port, and other components. The box is processed and welded from thin steel plates, and high-quality stainless steel plates are used for the inner wall of the working chamber. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton is filled between the box and the working chamber as insulation material. The box door and the outer frame of the studio are equipped with insulation sealing strips (using high-temperature resistant sealing strips and compression devices), effectively ensuring the sealing performance of the box body.
2. Small space, low nitrogen consumption, can exchange air 15 times per hour, more uniform temperature, better test repeatability, stainless steel heating tube, with automatic opening and closing vents.
3. High work efficiency, can hold up to twelve full moisture weighing bottles (Φ 70 × 35) at once.

Stainless steel suitable for all types of coal and suitable for arbitration analysis. Moisture is one of the important indicators in coal settlement, and the accuracy of moisture test results directly affects the price of coal. The national standards GB/T211 "Determination of Total Moisture in Coal" and GB/T212 "Industrial Analysis Method of Coal" respectively stipulate the determination methods of total moisture and air drying basis moisture in coal. Both standards stipulate that only the nitrogen drying method is applicable for testing all types of coal, and the nitrogen drying method is the arbitration analysis method specified in the standards. Adopting standards: GB/T212-2008 "Industrial Analysis Method for Coal" and GB/T211-2007 "Determination Method for Total Moisture in Coal".
