Debugging:

1. Before starting, it is necessary to confirm the selection direction of the impeller. Before the initial installation and start-up of the centrifugal aerator, or after each reinstallation, the selection direction should be checked. The inspection method is to instantly start the aerator and observe whether the direction of the impeller selection is consistent with the direction indicated on the nameplate *. If the direction is not *, simply exchange the positions of any two wires in the three-phase system. If several reflux pumps are connected to the same control cabinet or terminal box, each centrifugal aerator must be inspected separately.

After each switch, if the equipment cannot be started immediately, the aerator should be self checked through the control system. If a fault is found (flashing alarm or alarm alarm on the electric control cabinet), the fault should be checked and eliminated before starting. If the motor does not rotate, the switch should be quickly and decisively pulled, and the fault should be checked and eliminated to avoid damaging the motor.
