Experimental objective:
By adjusting the voltage of the heating element, demonstrate the phenomena of reverse flow in the riser and air blockage in the downcomer of the boiler water cycle, and observe the flow states of steam and water such as bubbly, bubbly, and columnar.
Main configuration:
Simulate the upper drum (visible), lower header, glass riser, glass downcomer, electric heater wound around the glass riser, heating control switch group, integrated voltage regulation module to adjust current and voltage, ammeter, voltmeter, stainless steel bracket, etc. on an industrial boiler.
Technical Specifications:
1. Input power supply: single-phase AC220V ± 10% 50Hz, power 3.0KW.
2. The system consists of five quartz glass risers, three quartz glass downcomers, an upper drum, and a lower header.
3. Each riser is wrapped around a heating wire with a rated power of 500W, and the input voltage is adjusted through a corresponding electronic voltage regulator.
