1、 Overview:
The industrial coal falling strength tester is used to determine the crushing strength of industrial coal. The product is designed and manufactured according to the coal industry standard MT/T 925-2004 "Method for Determining the Falling Strength of Industrial Coal" and with reference to GB/T15459-1995 "Method for Determining the Crushing Strength of Coal".
2、 Instrument measurement principle:
According to the requirements of MT/T 915, take coal samples, and then use the long strip method to shrink into 6kg coal samples according to MT/T 916. Among them, there should be no less than 60 coal samples with basically intact shapes and no cracks, so that the samples reach an air dry state. After removing incomplete or cracked coal samples, divide the remaining coal samples into 10 small blocks with equal areas according to regulations. Randomly take 10 coal samples from each small block as one sample, and use the same method to take another 10 samples.
Weigh a sample to the nearest 1g, then freely drop the sample from a height of 2M onto a steel plate one by one. After dropping, sieve out coal blocks with a particle size greater than 13mm, and drop and sieve them three times using the same method. After each coal type falls, the falling position should be cleaned before conducting the next coal type falling test. Weigh the mass of coal blocks with a particle size greater than 13 millimeters after the third screening, accurate to 1g. Calculate according to the standard calculation method to obtain the drop strength value of the coal block.
The instrument consists of steel plates, frames, marking rods, positioning wheels, and dropping devices. Place the prepared coal blocks in the material tray, press the button, and the instrument will automatically rise. When it reaches the specified height, the lifting will stop and the material tray will automatically fall down. The coal blocks will fall into the steel plate frame and operate according to the standard required number of drops.
The instrument is accurate in measurement and easy to operate, making it an instrument for measuring the falling strength of coal.
