Inductor CS cube
Advanced carbon sulfur analyzer for inorganic materials
The newly designed high-precision CS analyzer for metal or ceramic materials only uses more advanced technology. It is equipped with a long-life solid-state high-frequency induction furnace, and the sample temperature can reach 2000 ℃. Thanks to the optional camera, the operator can observe gas release in real time. And for element detection, advanced technology will also be used. By analyzing carbon and sulfur with a wide range infrared detector, the entire concentration range can be detected. Therefore, small amounts of impurities in the ppm range and higher concentrations can be detected in certain weight percentages.
Innovative design and technological solutions to achieve higher precision
The innovative design of the top sampling system and intelligent gas flow direction minimizes dust and debris. This ensures that the entire interior of the device is clean and there is no need for any tedious cleaning operations. Inductive CS cube, paired with tool free maintenance and intuitive multilingual software, is truly simple and easy to use. In addition, the optional 89 bit automatic sampler allows for fully automated high-throughput operation. Due to its high precision, greater user convenience, and greater durability for 24/7 operation, the inductive CS cube can meet all the requirements of complex R&D projects and daily operations. For users who wish to analyze up to 5 elements through the same device, they can upgrade the inductar CS cube at any timeinduce EL cube.

The inductar CS cube has been optimized for simultaneous carbon and sulfur analysis.
We offer an automatic version with 89 sample positions and a manual version with 2 sample positions.

measurement method
High temperature combustion in an oxygen environment up to 2000 ℃, followed by purification of the analyzed gas flow and subsequent gas analysis. CS analysis is conducted according to ISO 15350, ASTM E1019, and other international standards.
Easy sample preparation and processing
No special sample preparation is required, and various solid samples can be weighed in ceramic sample containers (sample mass up to 1 gram).
Analysis of Cleanliness and Safety
Innovative crucible design and top-down oxygen flow minimize dust in the system. In addition, it can prevent the sample melt from splashing and ensure an almost infinite lifespan of the combustion tube.
Wide concentration range
From a few ppm to 100%, or 60 milligrams of carbon and 5 milligrams of sulfur (absolute value).
Linear single point/multi-point correction
The operator performs calibration through an intuitive calibration assistant. The calibration of transparent computing is editable and storable. In addition, templates can be stored for future calibration. Calibration has linear characteristics and can remain stable for several months.
Low operational requirements
A 1-meter experimental workspace, 1 power connector, and 1 operating gas are sufficient for long-term operation
fully automatic:
By integrating 89 automatic sampler and Windows®The controlled PC can achieve automatic unmanned operation. In addition, optional software that meets the requirements of 21 CFR 11 regulations is provided.

Optical camera:
An optical camera that can be used to observe the combustion process.
Electronic analytical balance:
The balance and elemental analyzer form a system.
We provide convenient analytical scales supplied by manufacturers for instruments.
Laboratory combustion furnace:
We recommend preheating the ceramic crucible before combustion analysis, as it requires a low carbon concentration, truly clean, and carbon free crucible. For this preheating step, we provide several laboratory combustion furnaces provided by the manufacturer.

Our consumables kit includes all the components and chemicals required for the corresponding mode, such as combustion tubes/reduction tubes, all chemicals, and instrument specific consumables. We will not compromise on the quality of the components and chemicals we use - this is a prerequisite for ensuring the durability of our instruments.
For carbon and sulfur analysis, the following consumables are required:
Ceramic crucible (1 per analysis)
Flux (1-2 grams per analysis)
Dust filter (up to 400 analyses)
Desiccant (up to 750 analyses)
Oxidation catalyst (up to 2000 analyses)
Sulfur trap (up to 1000 analyses)
