The high-precision warehouse environment monitoring system is a device specifically designed for real-time monitoring of various public places, and can detect up to environmental temperature, humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, etc TVOC、

The appearance of the patented design is beautiful and atmospheric, and the shell is made of aluminum alloy material, which is sturdy and durable.

The device provides multiple output options such as RS485, WIFI, Ethernet, LORA, NB-IOT, etc., which are very suitable for integrated system use.

Installation and wiring of high-precision warehouse environmental monitoring system:

Do not connect the transmitter to a voltage higher than 24VDC.

Install the transmitter at the location that needs to be tested, away from the heating element or steam source, and prevent direct sunlight.

When wiring the circuit, connect the wires to the terminal blocks to ensure that the wiring is correct and secure.


Communication protocol part of high-precision warehouse environment monitoring system:

1. Adopting MODBUS protocol RS485 RTU communication method, master-slave half duplex communication, master calls slave address, slave responds to communication.

2. Data frame format: 1 starting address bit, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no checksum.

3. Baud rate: 9600bps.

4. The message frame contains: address field, function code field, data field, CRC16 detection field.

5. This device supports hexadecimal 03H and 10H function codes (i.e. decimal 03 and 16 function codes). Among them, 03H is used to read the device stack, and 10H is used to modify the device stack.


Precautions for using high-precision warehouse environmental monitoring system:

1. The RS485 communication line requires shielded twisted pair cables, and if necessary, two 250 Ω terminal matching resistors are needed.

2. The usage environment should be free of conductive dust, corrosive metals, and gases that damage insulation, and avoid direct sunlight and rain.

3. Working in a high humidity environment above 90% RH for a long time will cause drift.

4. Avoid placing components in environments with salt spray, acidic or oxidizing gases (such as sulfur dioxide, hydrochloric acid, etc.).
