Used to measure the positive and negative pressure or pressure difference of various gases. The measurement range is from 0 to 1000Pa, and there are five specifications to choose from. YY series inclined tube micro pressure gaugeMade according to the principles of liquid statics, using the height difference of liquid columns to measure pressure. Its main body is a bottle shaped glass container connected to a slender inclined glass tube, with the large bottle outlet as the high-pressure end and the slender inclined tube outlet as the low-pressure end. Making the low voltage end into an inclined tube can amplify the smiling pressure difference and improve the accuracy of measurement. After the container is filled with liquid, the low-pressure end is connected to the measuring point of the measured gas, and the positive pressure end is open to the atmosphere. At this time, the atmospheric pressure at the positive pressure end acts on the liquid level of the large bottle, causing the liquid level to drop. The liquid flows towards the low-pressure end, causing the liquid level in the slender glass tube to rise, and the volume of the falling liquid is equal to the volume of the rising liquid.

4. Fixed: First, fix two nails for hanging instruments at a height of 1.6 meters on the wall (for easy observation), with their relative positions as follows:
Hang the instrument on it. If the measuring point frequently moves, you can make a wooden bracket to hang the instrument for easy carrying and movement. When measuring gas at positive pressure, connect the connecting pipe to the high-pressure end of the instrument (i.e. the horizontal outlet of the large bottle), and let the low-pressure end open to the atmosphere. The reading is the positive pressure value. When measuring negative pressure of gas, connect one end of the connecting hose to the low-pressure end, and open the high-pressure end to the atmosphere. The reading is the negative pressure value. When measuring the pressure difference between two points of gas, rubber hoses are connected to the high and low pressure ends respectively, and the readings are the pressure difference
6. Adjust the zero point; Open the bottle stopper on the instrument, slowly add the working fluid into the liquid bottle until 0 o'clock, and then tighten the bottle stopper. Sometimes when the liquid column exceeds 0 o'clock, a small amount of working fluid can be sucked out from the small opening with a liquid bottle. You can also mark the existing location and subtract the initial value when reading

9. After prolonged use, if screws become loose or water bubbles shift, they should be adjusted and tightened in a timely manner before use. After prolonged use, the connecting hose may age, bend, and lose its elasticity. It should be replaced promptly
10. If there is no indication or the indication is incorrect on the instrument, check whether the pressure hose is sealed, whether there is air leakage, whether it is bent and blocked, and handle it properly (but note that it is normal for the liquid column displacement to be very small at zero pressure or extremely positive and negative pressure).
