KTS type high-pressure screw pump

The KTS pump adopts a three screw structure, and the manufacturing accuracy of the screw is very high, while also possessing high anti-wear characteristics. The ceramic inner shell increases the wear resistance and durability of the pump. During operation, the vibration and noise of the pump are very small, ensuring stability against temperature changes. Equipping different options can further increase the durability of the pump. The pump can be directly immersed in cooling lubricant or installed outside the coolant tank. The flow rate of KTS pump can reach 900 liters per minute, and the pressure can reach 150 bar.

KTS pumps are widely used in machine tool manufacturing for high-pressure transmission of cooling and lubricating fluids (such as oil, emulsions, and other solutions). Their typical application is to spray high-pressure cooling fluid through the center of the tool during milling and drilling processes to cool and lubricate the tool and flush out chips.
