Overview of Two Insect Detection System
1、 Sampling and washing concentration system
The water sample is filtered using a bag filter that meets the requirements of Chinese national standards. Spores, egg sacs, and other substances are collected on the filter, which can be used for laboratory and field water sample filtration. The filter bag uses two insect washing buffer to shake and wash off the two insects intercepted on the filter bag, and then collects them by centrifugation.

2、 Immunomagnetic Separation System (IMS)
By using magnetic beads with specific antibodies to bind with specific antigens of Giardia and Cryptosporidium in the sample, efficient and selective separation can be achieved in a magnetic field, ensuring the specificity of the detection.

3、 IFA (indirect immunofluorescence) staining system
The diagnostic kit for Giardia and Cryptosporidium (containing * immunoglobulin M pentamer FITC monoclonal antibody) fluorescently labels two worms (antigens) in water samples. At the same time, the cell nucleus staining agent DAPI (4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) binds to double stranded DNA in the cell nucleus to emit fluorescence, eliminating false positive reactions and improving the accuracy of microscopic examination.

4、 Microscopic inspection system
Use two advanced fluorescent microscopes to detect colored samples, observe the samples, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the observed objects that meet the size, shape, and fluorescence characteristics of the sporangia and oocysts of Giardia lamblia according to the characteristics of the sporangia and cryptosporidium oocysts in the national standard GB/T 5750.12-2006 (see last page).
