Using a high diffraction efficiency transmission grating spectroscopic module, the incident light is decomposed into spectral information of different wavelengths, which is then combined with a high-sensitivity surface array camera to achieve rapid acquisition of spectral images through built-in scanning imaging and auxiliary camera technology.
