IRO-100 Infrared Spectrometer for Oil AnalysisTechnical Principle
According to HJ637-2018 standard, oil substances in water are extracted with tetrachloroethylene, the total extract is determined, and then the extract is adsorbed with magnesium silicate. After removing polar substances such as animal and vegetable oils, petroleum substances are determined. The total extract and petroleum content were calculated based on the absorbance A2930, A2960, and A3030 at spectral bands with wave numbers of 2930 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH2 group), 2960 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in CH3 group), and 3030 cm-1 (stretching vibration of C-H bond in aromatic ring), respectively. The content of animal and vegetable oils is calculated based on the difference between the total extract and petroleum content.
IRO-100 Infrared Spectrometer for Oil AnalysisTechnical Features
1. The true three wavenumber and infrared three wavenumber spectra are clear and accurately calibrated, and can clearly display the absorption spectra and absorbance generated by the three wavenumbers.
2. It has the function of measuring instrument calibration coefficient; Can test the transmittance and purity of extractants, and distinguish various interferences.
3. Using a dedicated NC infrared light source with long lifespan, it can be illuminated by other types of light.
4. Electric modulation light source, replacing mechanical switching light source, simplifies structure, and improves performance.
5. The thermal sensitive photodetector collects dual signals when the light source is on or off, achieving automatic adjustment of the zero point of infrared light.
6. Other non hydrocarbon organic solvents such as tetrachloroethylene and trichlorotrifluoroethane can be used as extractants.
7. It has functions such as automatic statistical analysis, spectrum display, storage, and printing.
8. A detachable integrated optical system with small size, short optical path length, and high energy. It separates light before absorbing, and has good stability.
