The rain test chamber is suitable for testing the protection level of electrical and electronic products (including components), lighting products, automotive and motorcycle parts shells and seals, etc. (IP waterproof level test), simulating the rain conditions that may affect their products during transportation and use, and testing whether their shells perform well when exposed to rain or after splashing.

1、 Equipment Introduction:
The rain test chamber is suitable for testing the protection level of electrical and electronic products (including components), lighting products, automotive and motorcycle parts shells and seals, etc. (IP waterproof level test), simulating the rain conditions that may affect their products during transportation and use, and testing whether their shells perform well when exposed to rain or after splashing.
This device complies with international standard IEC60529, national standard GB/T4208-2008, international standard ISO20653-2013 and other testing standards such as "Protection Class of Enclosures (IP Code)". It is suitable for conducting waterproof tests on products with the second characteristic digit of IP level being 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 to meet the relevant testing requirements of IP protection level

2、 System technical features:
1. By adopting scientific design, the device is able to provide realistic simulations of vertical dripping, 15 degree dripping, water spraying, and splashing environments.
2. The control system of the entire instrument, as well as the use of frequency conversion technology, allows for the free setting and adjustment of rainfall, the rotation angle of the test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod, the water spray volume, and the swing frequency.
3. Adopting an integrated water-saving and circulating water design, the control part is completely isolated from the rain testing area, and the operation control area is fully waterproof and dustproof treated.

3、 Main technical parameters:

4、 Main configuration and materials:

  1. Control system: Taiwan Weilun 7-inch color touch screen, dual group transparent flow meter;
  2. Water spray device: IPX1, IPX2, one vertical drop test board; IPX3、 One set of 4 swing tube devices, IPX5、 Two sets of handheld water spray devices;
  3. Box body: The test box and flushing pipe are both made of 1.2mm thick SUS # 304 stainless steel plate;
  4. Circulating water tank: made of 1.2mm thick SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, with drainage outlet, inlet one-way valve, and high and low water level switch control;
  5. Water pressure control system: using aluminum alloy motor for cyclic boosting and high-pressure resistant PVC pipe;
  6. Test piece working turntable: one thickened SUS # 304 stainless steel circular turntable (adjustable for lifting), with a load capacity of ≤ 30kg;
  7. The bottom of the box is equipped with fixed support feet and movable casters;
