Our IP68 ultrasonic water level gauge uses chips imported from TI and SMT. Users can check the electronic components themselves, which are made of internationally produced high-precision CPUs imported from the United States. We come standard with multiple signal outputs, circuit board gold plating technology, and durable protection against oxidation that may cause performance degradation. We use an ABS integrated shell with a 45 degree angled waterproof joint design, multi-layer anti-corrosion sealing, and the lid and electrical interface can achieve IP68 for the entire machine under tightened conditions

3、 Installation method:

If it is in an open environment, the bracket installation method is generally used, and the instrument is fixed with its own flange or nut, with standard thread for the instrumentG2Can match various specifications of flanges(PPFlanges, carbon steel flanges, stainless steel flanges, to be matched according to actual on-site needs. If the pool or tank is cut slightly larger than the probe diameter at the installation position(60mm)Insert the instrument into the circular hole and tighten the flange or nut from bottom to top. Installation must ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is level with the measured liquid level

The wiring of the instrument depends on whether the selected instrument is a two-wire or four wire system. By referring to the instruction manual, the wiring can be quickly connected. If the range needs to be changed, follow the operating steps to make the changes

Probe installation height setting and automatic liquid level calibration(P04)

Reaction speed setting(P05

P05The menu can change the instrument response speed. The faster the liquid level changes, the faster the corresponding instrument response speed is required. Press the ▲ key to select the desired mode and then pressOKConfirm with the key.

[Attention]The faster the response speed of the instrument, the greater the fluctuation of the displayed data; On the contrary, the slower the response speed of the instrument, the more stable the displayed data. If the liquid level does not change very quickly, there is generally no need to modify the factory settings.

Relay output setting (note: only four wire system has this function!)

The instrument is equipped with two relays, namelyH(upper limit)L(lower limit). PressSETKey, password interface appears:“0000”Press the [▲] key to change one digit of di to3, press【OK】Press the key to enter the relay parameter setting menu interface.

Each set of relays has two parameters corresponding to it, namely the control value and the hysteresis value.H(upper limit)Relay is determined by menu parametersH(Control value) anddH(Return difference value) control;L(lower limit)Relay is determined by menu parametersL(Control value) anddL(Return difference value) control.
