As a professional PFA valve supplier, we sincerely remind you of the following installation matters:
① When installing valves, be sure to clean the inside of the piping. It is recommended to use a filter at the front end of the valve.
② Foreign objects mixed in can cause valve leakage.
③ When laying pipelines, be careful not to apply pressure to valves due to compression, bending, etc. of the piping.
④ When laying pipelines, if pulled by hand, it is easy to cause thread damage and pipeline detachment, leading to drug leakage.
⑤ For NC and NO types, the interface without pressure should be opened in real time. If you do not want to cause valve suction or exhaust due to surrounding environment or other problems, open the fixing screws and install the piping in a location where problems will not occur.
