Cut off the power supply and the connection between the equipment and the system, and ensure that the internal medium is cooled, purged, and replaced thoroughly, meeting the safety maintenance conditions.

Product Details

The iH600 Edward dry pump is a dry pump specifically designed for industrial applications, used in the semiconductor solar photovoltaic industry, large-area coating, industrial furnaces, and other industrial fields to solve demanding vacuum problems such as dust, tar, etc. The IH series comes in various specifications, with a designed pumping speed of 80-1200m3/h and a maximum vacuum degree of 0.01mbar. It is an oil-free vacuum pump. Since there is no oil lubrication in the vacuum chamber, dust will not remain in the pump chamber, but will be discharged from the exhaust port outside the pump with gas, without the need to treat waste oil, which is very environmentally friendly. The screw is hollow inside and has a cooling device. The surface of the screw has a very hard coating, which ensures a long service life. The pump chamber housing can be easily disassembled for easy cleaning of the screw (when necessary), and can be completed by the user themselves at the customer's site. The design adopts the concept of easy maintenance and is equipped with a fault monitoring system to ensure safe operation and reliability.

IH600 Edward dry pump repairMain features and advantages:

1. Oil free vacuum pump,Due to the lack of oil lubrication in the vacuum chamber, dust will not remain in the pump chamber, but will be discharged outside the pump through the exhaust port along with the gas. No need to dispose of waste oil, environmentally friendly.

2. Oil free compression vacuum pump has low power consumption due to the compression of gas inside the pump.

3. There are no internal valves in the pump chamber, ruling out the possibility of malfunctions caused by internal valves, therefore it has strong resistance to dust and tar.

4. The pump chamber housing can be easily disassembled for easy cleaning of the screw (when necessary), and can be completed by the user themselves at the customer's site.

5. The surface of the screw has a very hard coating.

6. The absence of bearings and seals inside the pump chamber greatly reduces the failure rate.

7. The screw is hollow inside and equipped with a cooling device, resulting in a long lifespan of the screw.

IH600 Edward dry pump repairpre-preparation

① Master the operation situation and prepare necessary drawings and materials.

② Prepare all maintenance tools, measuring tools, accessories, and materials.

③ Cut off the power supply and the connection between the equipment and the system, cool, blow, and replace the internal medium thoroughly, and meet the safety maintenance conditions.

Disassembly and Inspection of Screw Pump

When disassembling the screw pump, the following steps should be followed.

① Check the power supply of the electric motor; The power supply should be disconnected and the power switch should be locked. Check the closure status of the population valve. If it is not closed, it should be tightly closed.

② Loosen the connecting bolts between the motor and the pump shaft, and remove the coupling.

③ Disassemble and inspect the synchronous gear.

For single screw or triple screw pumps, remove the pump rear cover and inspect the gasket, thrust gasket, bearings, and axial positioning plug.

For twin-screw pumps, remove the pump rear cover and inspect the bearings and seals.

④ Remove the front end cover and inspect the main and driven screws and seals.

⑤ If necessary, replace the gasket between the end cap and the pump body.
