Before starting, the motor circuit must be equipped with appropriate protective motor switches. Please pay attention to following the information in this manual and the information on the motor,Do not inhale small-sized objects (screws, nuts, washers, small pieces of steel wire, etc.) through the inlet. Therefore, please make sure to use the standard inlet screen.Do not use this pump in applications that may produce corrosive or adherent powders, or condensable vapors that may result in viscous or high viscosity precipitates. When planning to extract steam other than water vapor, please contact our sales or service department for advice.

When steam is compressed inside the pump, if it may condense into liquid and these substances exceed the steam capacity of the pump, such steam should be avoided.

Before extracting steam, the pump must reach its operating temperature. After the pump is started, it takes about 30 minutes to reach its operating temperature. During this preheating stage, a shut-off valve in the intake pipe should be used to separate the pump from the process.

For wet processes, we recommend installing liquid separators upstream and downstream of the pump and using airbags.

When laying the exhaust pipe, it should be tilted downwards from the pump to prevent condensate from flowing back into the pump. In any case, particles and liquids must be avoided from entering.

Reactive or corrosive substances in the pump chamber may damage the working oil or cause it to change. In addition, such substances may not be compatible with the materials of the pump (fluororubber, gray cast iron, aluminum, steel, resin, glass, etc.).

The oil inside the pump must not exhibit corrosion, sedimentation, or cracking.

When the airbag is in an active state, the normal humidity within the pump water vapor tolerance range will not significantly affect the performance of the pump.

When operating the pump with gas processing capacity, it is recommended to connect an exhaust filter or use a suitable exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe must be laid at a downward slope starting from the pump.
