Overview
The iDus series InGaAs array spectral detector uses 512 or 1024 InGaAs arrays, with wavelengths covering up to 1.7 μ m or 2.2 μ m. The iDus series InGaAs array spectral detector uses 512 or 1024 InGaAs arrays, with wavelengths covering up to 1.7 μ m or 2.2 μ m.
