The I80-4TM-4GX8GT series is a three-layer core 10 Gigabit card rail TSN industrial Ethernet switch from Shanghai Newlink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. It achieves reliable and deterministic low latency transmission of streams, supports 4 10 Gigabit SFP+slots, 4 Gigabit SFP slots, and 8 Gigabit electrical ports, adopts a store and forward mechanism, has strong bandwidth processing capabilities, automatically checks packet errors, reduces transmission failures, and easily supports 10 Gigabit networking, ensuring stable, reliable, and efficient data transmission. The product selects industrial grade components, matched with high standard system design and production control, 35mm standard DIN rail installation, aluminum alloy shell, sturdy and durable, fanless and efficient heat dissipation, wide temperature operation from -40 ℃ to+70 ℃, industrial protection design, able to adapt to various harsh working environments, and stable communication performance.
The I80-4TM-4GX8GT series three-layer switch from Shanghai Newlink Communication Technology Co., Ltd. follows the main communication standards in the industrial field, meeting technical issues such as real-time communication and network security. The product provides multiple ways to manage switches, such as accessing the switch command line (CLI) through CONSOLE port or TELNET/SSH protocol, accessing the switch web interface through HTTP/HTTPS, and accessing the device MIB through SNMP protocol. Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) is a protocol standard developed by the IEEE802.1 TSN task force, which defines the time sensitive mechanism for Ethernet data transmission. By allowing some traffic packets to be forwarded first, using gate control scheduling mechanisms to clean up lines, and bandwidth reservation mechanisms to ensure the transmission performance of business traffic in Ethernet, it adds determinacy and reliability to standard Ethernet to ensure that Ethernet can provide stable and consistent service levels for the transmission of critical data. The DC power supply consists of two independent power supply circuits, ensuring that the equipment can still operate normally in the event of a power failure in one circuit. The design of the dip switch enables the device to be reset to factory settings. When there is a link failure in the power supply or port, the ALM alarm light will highlight and sound an alarm, and the alarm device connected to the relay will also sound an alarm for quick troubleshooting on site.
