Overview
Hydrogenation swing reactors are widely used in hydrogenation reactions in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Mainly suitable for synthesis reactions of gases, liquids, and solids in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries under conditions of 5 bar, 80 ℃, or normal temperature and pressure. This includes catalytic hydrogenation reactions, unsaturated hydrocarbon reduction reactions, condensation reactions, evaluation of hydrogenation catalysts, and synthesis reactions that require vigorous mixing.

Hydrogenation Swing ReactorWorking Principle:
1. The reactor can be driven by a motor through a linkage mechanism to continuously oscillate and achieve sufficient and long-term mixing of reactants to achieve the reaction.
Under non room temperature reaction conditions, the reaction temperature can be controlled within 80 ℃ using an electric heating jacket.
3. The automatic temperature control device can achieve real-time display of data on the temperature controller by inserting a thermocouple sensor into the reaction bottle, and manually control the reaction temperature.

Installation and acceptance: After the arrival of the instrument, the buyer shall prepare for the installation and commissioning of the instrument (including site conditions, operators, etc.) and notify the seller. The seller shall send engineers to the site for installation and commissioning within 5 working days after receiving the buyer's contract payment and the notice of readiness for commissioning preparation work. And conduct acceptance tests based on various technical indicators of the original host and accessory samples.
Equipment maintenance: The seller will conduct irregular phone follow ups with users based on the buyer's usage frequency, reminding and guiding users to perform regular maintenance work on the instrument. Follow ups can be conducted at the request of users.
Technical training: Engineers provide detailed training on instrument use, maintenance, debugging, and other aspects to the corresponding instrument operators during on-site installation, and are responsible for training two people for free until they can operate independently.
Parr shaker type hydrogenators provide compact and easily operated systems for treating chemicals with hydrogen in
the presence of a catalyst at pressures up to 5 atmospheres (60 psig) and temperatures to 80 °C. They are used primarily for synthesizing or modifying organic compounds by catalytic hydrogenation, reduction or condensation, but they are equally suitable for any other laboratory procedure in which a liquid and gas must be mixed vigorously in a glass reactor at pressures up to 5 atm.
