Overview

Continuous flow tubular reactor is an instrument used for processing materials of various gas-liquid, gas-solid, liquid-solid and other substances under certain pressure, temperature changes and other conditions. It provides a container and reaction equipment that can withstand pressure, provide heating and cooling conditions, and can achieve online continuous gas inlet, liquid injection, condensation separation and collection of reaction products. The reaction zone can be filled with catalyst, and data parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rate can be collected during the reaction process, displayed, processed, and stored through computers or instruments. Firstly, it requires good sealing, and during continuous experimentation, it is not easy to age, leak, and be safe and convenient to use.

Continuous flow tubular reactorIt is a common synthetic equipment widely used in chemical processes such as petrochemicals, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, polymer synthesis, metallurgy, environmental protection, and biology. It can be used for conducting research on biomass thermochemical conversion and utilization, refining of bio oil, biomass refining, pulp bleaching, biocatalysis, supercritical delignification new technologies, extraction technology of bioactive substances from wood fiber raw materials, supercritical or subcritical treatment and conversion technology of papermaking waste liquid, and other topics.
