Note:

When distributing toxic and harmful gases, strict protective measures must be taken and the airtightness of pipeline connections must be strictly checked. After the gas distribution is completed, the pipeline must be cleaned with non-toxic gas before the protective measures are taken to eliminate residual toxic and harmful gases in the pipeline.

When preparing corrosive gases, it is necessary to select corrosion-resistant materials based on the chemical properties of the prepared gasThe model of gas distribution instrument is used to ensure accuracy and extend the service life of the instrument.

☆ It is recommended that users install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of each channel separately. When a channel is not in use or temporarily not in useAt this time, the pressure reducing valve of the channel can be closed to ensure that no gas leaks into the channel;

Instrument operation:

After the instrument is turned on and self checks normally, select the gas distribution interface through the touch screen. Please refer to "Common Problems and Solutions" for abnormal situations.

Close the output valve of the pressure reducing valve and open the valve of the gas cylinder. After the valve of the gas cylinder is opened, the pressure value of the high-pressure gauge of the pressure reducing valve will be consistent with the pressure value of the gas cylinder, generally above 1Mpa. If the pressure reducing valve does not leak, the pressure value on the high-pressure gauge will remain unchanged. In case of severe leakage, a noticeable airflow sound can be heard, and the gas cylinder should be immediately closed and reconnected.

Connect each pressure reducing valve and instrument input pipeline, and connect the instrument output pipeline. Then slowly open each pressure reducing valve switch to ensure that the pressure output of the pressure reducing valve is 0.05MPa. It is recommended to adjust the output pressure to 0.1MPa, and generally use a pressure less than 0.3MPa (observe and adjust the final pressure output through a low-pressure pressure gauge).

Note:

The gas circuit is closed before starting the instrument for gas distribution. After the gas path valve of the instrument is closed, it can temporarily be used as a closing valve for the pressure reducing valve. If the instrument is powered off or the gas distribution work is not started for a long time, please close the corresponding channel pressure reducing valve to avoid long-term stress on the instrument gas path valve affecting the flow accuracy.
