This vacuum annealing furnace operates in a vacuum cycle mode. During operation, the furnace is first evacuated to a certain vacuum degree and then subjected to vacuum protection heating, thereby achieving the goal of minimal oxidation heating and no decarburization brightness. The equipment is mainly used for non oxidizing bright annealing of silver alloys, copper materials, purple copper, wires, etc.

Equipment composition:

1. Furnace body:

The shell is welded from 3mm steel plate and section steel, and is equipped with reinforced section steel. The lining is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton or bricks and shaped bricks, and is heated by a built-in heating furnace.

2. Furnace cover:

The furnace cover is made of steel plate, and the lower part of the furnace cover flange is equipped with a water-cooled sleeve to protect the sealing ring.

3. Vacuum inflation pipeline:

The furnace cover is equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge, pipes and valves for vacuuming and inflation, and a pressure safety protection device.

4. Furnace tank:

The material tank is made of stainless steel, and the top of the tank is equipped with a cooling water jacket, sealing device, and fastening bolts.

5. Heating element:

The heating element is surrounded by high-temperature resistant alloy wire.

The temperature control instrument adopts domestic high-end digital instruments, PID control, and high temperature control accuracy.
