Product Details

Water Vapor Trap is an efficient gas drying and purification device, whose core function is based on the strong adsorption ability of metal organic framework (MOF) materials for trace amounts of water vapor in gases. MOF materials have highly ordered porous structures and a large specific surface area, which can selectively capture and firmly adsorb extremely low concentration water molecules flowing through the gas, thereby achieving deep dehydration and making the gas reach high-purity drying standards.

This device has important application value in industrial gas processing, precision instrument protection, semiconductor manufacturing, and laboratory high-purity gas path systems. When MOF materials reach saturation in adsorbing water vapor, appropriate regeneration processes (such as heating or depressurization) can be used to achieve desorption and restore their adsorption performance, allowing for multiple cycles of use, with high efficiency, economy, and environmental friendliness. This characteristic makes it an excellent solution to replace traditional desiccants.
