Operation of cleaning machine:

c、 The cleaning solution should be regularly supplemented with water and a certain proportion of dirt cleaning agent to replenish consumption, keeping the liquid level at a certain height. If the cleaning effect does not meet the specified process requirements, all cleaning solutions should be replaced.

Installation and debugging:

1. Connect the power according to the direction indicated by the motor and pump, and the motor rotates clockwise. Please ground the wire

2. After normal startup, run the machine empty for a few minutes before resuming normal operation.

3. The high-pressure rubber hose should be connected according to each joint. There should be sufficient tightening torque and reliable anti loosening measures. After being fully loaded for a period of time, Tian Hao tightened it again.

4. When replacing various brush heads, sufficient tightening torque and reliable anti loosening measures should also be taken.

5. When used in winter, the equipment should be placed in a warm room (above 15 ° C) for 12-24 hours before adding water for debugging and use.

6. Isolate the distribution box from the water source and pay attention to safe operation.
