1. Overview
1.1 Introduction
The hundred level purification dry heat sterilization cabinet designed and produced by Hubei Hengfeng Medical Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. fully complies with the requirements of the 2010 version of China's "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs", the 2010 version of the "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China", and the pharmaceutical machinery industry standards for dry heat sterilization. The product has reached the international advanced level in design, manufacturing technology, and performance. We have rich experience in the design and manufacturing of dry heat sterilization cabinets, and the equipment can fully meet the requirements of the tenderer.

1.2 Model Identification


The JGM series has 5 standard models with a working volume ranging from 1.0 m3_5.0 m3Between them, non-standard products can be designed according to customer requirements.

1.3 Scope of Application
This device is used for sterilization and heat removal of heat-resistant materials in the biological vaccine and pharmaceutical industries. It can also be used for drying heat-resistant materials, such as glass bottles, glass containers, metal products, and equipment components.

1.4 Working principle
Turn on the power switch, start the program, and the oven will automatically run according to the set program. The air inlet fan will be turned on, and fresh air will be continuously replenished to increase the pressure inside the chamber (controlled by a frequency converter). At the same time, the exhaust valve will be opened to discharge wet gas outward. The heated hot air will be filtered by a high-temperature and high-efficiency filter and enter the inner chamber in a laminar flow state, continuously circulating under the action of the circulating fan. Heat up to the set temperature, the interior enters a constant temperature state, the sterilization process begins, and the system automatically counts. After reaching the set sterilization time, the sterilization process ends, and the cooling fan automatically turns on to enter the cooling stage. When the temperature reaches 80 ℃ (which can be set), the system automatically shuts down. Open the door and release items.

2 Design documents
2.1 Performance requirements for equipment
Use hot air to sterilize and remove heat sources from processed materials, and the hot air must meet the dynamic level 100 cleanliness requirements. The design temperature is 300 ℃.

2.3 Sterilization temperature
The mechanical structure of the equipment can withstand temperatures up to 300 ℃, and the system comes with three programs to choose from
● Heat source removal program: Start → Heat up → Sterilize → Cool down → End
Maximum operating temperature: 250 ℃ (adjustable)
Sterilization procedure: Start → Heat up → Sterilize → Cool down → End
Maximum operating temperature: 200 ℃ (adjustable)
Drying program: Start → Heat up → Constant temperature → Cool down → End
Maximum operating temperature: 100 ℃ (adjustable, only uses 1/3 power for heating)
The temperature uniformity is ≤± 0.025Tmax, and the temperature fluctuation is ± 1 ℃.

3 Structural Features
3.1 Structural Features

3.1.2 Thermal insulation device

3.1.3 Door and door switch system
The door is supported and rotated by a specially designed pivot shaft
The interior of the door is filled with ceramic fiber insulation material and sealed with double-layer silicone
The door is equipped with a set of mechanical interlocking devices, which prevent the loading door and unloading from being locked together through electric interlocking

3.1.4 Air circulation system

3.1.5 Heating system
The heating tube is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel material, and the heater is integral.
The heater is installed on the upper part of the box.

3.1.6 Cooling System
Cooling is achieved through the cold air from the intake system, which is a standard configuration.
● Air cooling+water cooling mode can be configured according to user requirements.

The realization of purification in the dry heat sterilization box: The inner chamber of the dry heat sterilization box adopts a fully welded and fully enclosed structure, and the double door seal adopts double-layer silicone for reliable sealing. The air inlet and outlet are equipped with high temperature resistant and efficient filters, ensuring that the air entering the chamber is filtered by the purifier. The air entering the chamber is classified as Class 100. The dry heat sterilization box is equipped with a high temperature resistant and efficient filter on one side of the chamber, forming a complete self purification system. During the use of the equipment, when the door is opened and sterilized items are placed, low-level purified air (such as Class 10000 air) enters the interior of the box. Under the action of the circulating fan, the interior air passes through a high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter on one side for continuous circulation and self purification, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the interior air.
Pollution prevention is achieved through fully enclosed, hundred level purification, high-temperature sterilization, and other methods.
