Human platelet lysateHuman Platelet Lysate (hPL) contains abundant cellular nutrients and growth factors required for cell growth. Compared to fetal bovine serum (FBS), hPL can promote better cell growth or allow some sensitive cells to grow in vitro. HPL is commonly used in stem cell research, cell therapy research, primary cell culture, and immunological research.

1. This product is sourced from FDA (U.S. Food&Drug Administration)/AABB (Advance of Blood&Biotherapies) certified blood centers.

2. Whole human source, no heterologous proteins, no heparin added (anti agglutination reagent needs to be added when used).

3. The production laboratory has passed ISO9001:2015 certification, ensuring that the product production environment meets safety standards and is traceable.

4. The product undergoes strict testing to ensure laboratory safety: endotoxin<5.0 EU/mL, negative for virus/mycoplasma/bacteria/fungi testing.

5. A large amount of stable blood supply is provided to ensure stable intra batch/inter batch quality, with a protein content of 50g-60g/L.

6. Different specifications of products can be provided: 50mL (small amount), 100mL, and 500mL.

application

1. This product can directly replace FBS or ABS; Only 2% -10% needs to be added to the culture medium.

2. Suitable for various immune cells, stem cells, and common cells such as MSCs, T-Cells, NK Cells, Endothelial cells, and more.

3. Suitable for both 2D and 3D cell culture.
