Analysis Test

（1） Analysis process

Sample processing

Take the weighed sample with a total mass of 0.5-1.0 mg, fix the sample in the middle of the quartz tube with tweezers, and fix both ends with quartz wool; Directly drip the liquid sample onto quartz wool. Then put the quartz tube into the heating device.

Reference conditions

1) Cracking program heating: 100 ℃ (72 ℃/min) 280 ℃ (2 min)

2) Transmission line temperature: 300 ℃

3) Sample diversion injection: The solid injection weight should be between 0.5mg and 1mg, and the liquid should be around 1ul

4) FID detector temperature: 300 ℃, injection port temperature: 300 ℃

5) Program temperature rise: 100 ℃ (hold for 1 minute), rise to 300 ℃ at a rate of 20 ℃ per minute (hold for 14 minutes)

（2） Standard curve and linear range

Prepare DBP standard solutions with concentrations of 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 250 ppm, 500 ppm, and 1000 ppm, and plot the standard curve with the quantitative component peak area on the y-axis and concentration on the x-axis.
