1、 Introduction

Born in response to harsh testing environments

To meet the testing needs of ultra-high voltage and insulation material components, the 7470 series has an ultra-high voltage output of up to 20kV and a high current resolution of 1 μ A, meeting customers' demanding testing requirements. At the same time, this series is equipped with multiple communication interfaces, supporting remote system control and data collection. It not only provides rigorous quality control for production lines, but also serves as a tool for R&D/certification units to confirm insulation capabilities.

2、 Characteristics

1. The industry benchmark ARC arc detection function, a testing standard specific to many large factories, can detect abnormal current circuits of the tested object, screen out defective products with short circuits in the circuit, avoid factors such as small tin slag and insufficient insulation space that may cause insulation collapse of the product in the future, and improve manufacturing and production quality.
2. Capable of ultra-high voltage output up to 20kV, allowing for special purpose withstand voltage testing on high insulation materials.
3. Under different testing steps of ACW or DCW, uninterrupted voltage adjustment can be provided.
