Product Introduction of Huade 9YFQ-1.5 Square Bundling Machine

The square grass bundle picking and bundling machine developed and produced by the Hohhot Branch of China Agricultural Machinery Academy is a new type of high-efficiency positive traction square grass bundle picking and bundling machine.

Scope of application: Straw for crops such as corn, wheat, rapeseed, straw, forage, and reed.
The 9YFQ series multifunctional cross row square hay baler has the following characteristics:
(1) Imported knotter, with stable overall performance and high bundling rate.
(2) The whole machine has a symmetrical longitudinal axis, good driving stability, easy traction, and can adapt to working on small and irregular plots of land.
(3) Adopting a low flat toothed drum type pickup. Not only does it reduce the lifting height during material picking, but it also minimizes material picking losses. Due to the imitation device equipped on the picker, the machine is more suitable for picking and bundling operations in low-lying areas.
(4) The bundling chamber and needle have sufficient ground clearance, and when working in low-lying areas, the needle will not touch the ground, thus eliminating the traditional needle protection frame.
(5) The materials are always moved along the longitudinal axis inside the machine from picking up to forming square bundles and landing. The material conveying and bundling process is reasonable, which is conducive to increasing the reciprocating frequency of the piston and improving production capacity.
