Product Introduction of Huade 9JQL-8.0 Traction Type Full Hybrid Grain Mixing Truck

The traction type fully mixed feed mixer is mainly composed of an independent chassis, material box, gearbox, agitator, and hydraulic system. When in use, feed is filled into the feed mixing box manually or by feeding machinery according to the ratio. The weight of the mixed feed can be observed through the weighing display on the side of the mixing box, which is pulled by the tractor. As the tractor moves, the tractor transmits power to the power transmission shaft (PTO shaft), which then transmits power to the agitator through a conical gearbox. The agitator begins to rotate, and the feed is chopped and mixed evenly by the blades (moving blades) on the agitator and the blades (fixed blades) on the feed box wall. By controlling the lifting cylinder on the discharge door, the evenly mixed feed is automatically discharged to the cow's feeding trough through the discharge port.
