1. Coal additives are composed of special emulsifiers, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, and penetrants. After dilution with water, with the assistance of permeable components, the catalyst permeates and disperses in coal, especially in the large number of voids in the coal core, ensuring that the catalyst contacts the inner and outer surfaces of the coal to a greater extent and plays a significant role in product catalysis.
After spraying coal additives onto the coal for a few minutes, various chemical components contained in it quickly penetrate and adsorb into the interior of the coal through its pores. After coal enters the combustion chamber, the various chemical components contained in the additives act as catalytic active carriers, reducing the ignition temperature of coal and enhancing the oxidation-reduction reaction of coal. The catalytic additives gradually release new ecological active oxygen at different temperature ranges, which combines with combustibles in coal, reduces the activation energy of the reaction, promotes combustion, improves working conditions, and reduces pollutant emissions.


3. Coal additives use mesoporous composite carriers and rare earth elements to increase activity, which can quickly cause the cracking of large molecular carbon chains. At the same time, the inherent moisture in coal is used to provide hydrogen atoms, completing the hydrogenation process and producing more low molecular weight or small molecular weight hydrocarbons. This increases the hydrogen content and high and low calorific values of coal by 8% -10%.
4. Due to the increase in flame temperature and height, as well as the expansion of the combustion area, the combustion intensity and density have been increased, the heat transfer area has been enlarged, and the heat exchange efficiency has been improved, thereby increasing the output and efficiency of the boiler and achieving the goal of coal saving.
5. Coal additives contain sulfur fixing agents and surfactants, which can absorb and solidify the sulfur dioxide produced during combustion, and adsorb a large amount of dust and other harmful substances. At the same time, they also remove the smoke and dust deposits and gelatinous substances attached to the inner wall of the burner, thereby suppressing the concentration of flue gas emissions.
The core technology for the development of this product is based on the in-situ catalytic combustion theory, using catalytic synthesis technology and nano micro physicochemical technology, as well as the organic combination of dispersion and adhesion technology on the surface of coal powder. This has achieved a breakthrough in theory and technology, and better meets some of the requirements for reducing consumption and increasing efficiency in ironmaking enterprises.
